Already spotted last week at the Wrooom-Event here are all the new helmets and designs of the Ferrari-Team for the 2011 season.

This is the new 2011 follow-up model Schuberth SF1, developed over the last year. The new SF1 will be delivered to all our sponsored drivers from DTM, Formula-1, GP2, Indycar and other series in the following weeks. And finally the SF1 will also be available for sale to interested Drivers from mid-2011 !

We will officially launch the helmet on our website, blog and facebook – you also can send us a mail to carracing@schuberth.com if you´re interested in buying a SF1 and we will keep you updated.

We´d like to wish all of you a very happy new year 2011. For us this year will be a special one – we´ll launch our first motorcycle race helmet SR1, for the first time we´ll sell our FIA-certified motorsports race helmet SF1, we´ll launch our new firefighters helmet F300 and some more models, we won´t reveal yet.

In the beginning of 2011 we would like to wish Michael Schumacher a very happy birthday – in all those years we had the honor to accompany his career

In Abu Dhabi, we had the opportunity to take some pictures with our new SF1 helmet on Track.

At the moment our drivers Nico Rosberg (Mercedes GP) and Felipe Massa (Scuderia Ferrari) are running with the Schuberth F1 carbon helmet for the season 2011 in Abu Dhabi. On Saturday, both world champions Michael Schumacher and Fernando Alonso will use the newest helmet model from the Schuberth F1 manufacture in their racing cars. The new Schuberth formula one helmet is called “SF1 ″.

Furthermore, we are presenting two unusual design prototypes in Abu Dhabi. Nico goes with a glossy black helmet which was provided only with varnish. This shows the brilliant carbon optic. Felipe goes in a red SF1 – unusual for him. On both helmets the sponsors of both teams are also painted. However, next year the drivers will use probably their old helmet designs.
