Some history – special helmet for Jutta Kleinschmidt
Today I had the chance to go into our “helmet-archives”. As a company that was founded back in 1922, we do have quite a lot historical helmets.
This one is a very special one: It´s an open face carbon helmet, developed out of a formula1 helmet shell.
Jutta Kleinschmidt did use it in Rally Paris-Dakar.
In 2001 she was the first women to win Paris-Dakar.
She did wear this helmet while driving for the Volkswagen-Team from 2002-2005.
