This weekend at Spa-Francorchamps Michael Schumacher will compete for the 300th time in a Grand Prix.
We want to remark this remarkable achievement with an extraordinary gift. That’s why Michael will start this weekend with a real platinum helmet.

Our helmet-designer and airbrush-artist Jens Munser, who almost creates all of our individual motorsport-helmet-designs, has plated the whole helmet with a razor-thin layer of platinum.

For laying bare the design-elements he needs a very steady hand and a focused vision.
He needs about 15 working hours for the complex design.

The usual Schumacher-design was not changed. The seven stars, representing the seven world championship titles and the Chinese fortune dragon appear this time in red on the platinum helmet.

Even our racing-engineer Sven Krieter thinks the platinum helmet is a great highlight.
He supports Michael Schumacher in all helmet issues at every single race.
After the assembly of the helmet – by the way with a red inner lining – it’s going straight to the racetrack.
