Dear Mr. Farley,

the regsitration-problem occurs when a user wants to register 2 SRC-Systems on one mail-adress.

We do apologize for the inconvenience there and hope our serviceman did answer all your questions.

Thank you for using our products

Why is it not possible to register my SRC system on your website? The website says:

Unfortunately it was not possible to save your data at the moment?
Please try again later.

I have been trying all day. What is wrong?

Also I am very unhappy to learn that in the UK we are not eligible for the replacement helmet scheme. Why? I have spent £1400 on two helmets with SRC for me and for my wife and I am not pleased with your service.

Dear Gary,

right now we do not have any dealers or importers in the US. This might change in the near future - but is not definite yet. The C3 does offer a finer adjustment, because it has two different shell sizes. I would definitley recommend to try the C3 before buying it. The options are to visit Canada/Mexico where the C3 is available (The canadian Importer is in Quebec: http://blog.schuberth.com/en/2010/04/16/news-from-the-north-american-continent/) or give us a little more time till I´ll be able to come up with some more news from North America.

Thank you for loving our product - we really appreciate it.

Any dealers/outlets in US? Loved my Concept but needs replacing and what to be sure of the fit. I measure 60 cm, but have been wearing a XXL in Concept, which is 62+ cm. Not sure if the C3 cheek and head pads make for a finer adjustment, or just come out to wash.

The Concept was DOT certified; sorry C3 isn't but happy to take the chance if I can be sure of a good fit. Best way would be to try one on before buying.
